Visas

In order to be permitted to enter Australia you need a visa. There are many different kinds of visas depending on the purpose of your stay.  For the temporary stay, you can apply for a visitor, working holiday (some countries only), student or business visas. For permanent stay you need permanent residency visa.

In order to obtain new visa or extend the one you hold, you need to lodge the application either on-line or in person in the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs. Available options for lodging visa application depend on the nationality. The process time of the application also depends on the nationality and other application related reasons.

Knowing how precious your time is, we lodge your application on your behalf, through our network of migration agents. So you don’t need to organize it yourself, we take care of all formalities. We also give you guidelines on the whole process. We organize appointments for your medical check up when needed, and all you have to do is go to the medical center personally – it’s the only thing we can’t do for you ;)

We organize all paper work with the institution of your choice - remember that in most cases you receive our special negotiable prices.

We do everything to make the application process fast and efficient. You’re in good hands!

Student Visa

Despite the name of this visa, you can apply for it regardless of your age or fact that you don’t hold the status of the student in your own country. Student visa is granted for people who want to study in Australia and enroll in a course in Australia.
The minimum length of student visa is 12 weeks and it is granted for the length of your course plus usually 28 days.
Student visa allows you to work part time - 20 hours a week during your course and full time during holiday breaks. The work experience, which is included in internship programs, is not calculated in that limit, since it’s a part of your course.
If you are in a relationship with someone, whether you’re married or staying in ‘de facto’ relationship, you can apply for a joined visa, on which only one of you is studying and the other is accompanying. The other person also receives permission to work.

Visitor Visa

The visa is meant for people who want to travel to Australia for tourist reasons, visit family or friends. The visa is usually granted for a period of 3 months up to maximum of 12 months. If you are granted tourist visa for 3 months, you can extend it in Australia or change for another class of visa. However, if there is condition ‘no further stay’ on your visa, you won’t be able to extend it.

Working Holiday Visa

This visa is for people who want to combine travel with work. It’s available for some nationalities only.

Business Visa

Business visas are divided into many categories, they are granted for short or long stay, depending on whether you intend to come to Australia for business reasons such as meetings or trade fairs, or you are a person employed in Australia by Australian company or you intend to invest some money in Australia.
